Bookings & Cancellations
BOOKINGS: Lifestyle sessions: a non-refundable 35% deposit of the session price, is required to book and hold the date for your session and also serves as a cancellation fee. The fee may be credited towards a future session, upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
Wedding packages: a non-refundable 35% retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance may be broken up into multiple payments and is due (2) weeks before the date of the wedding.
PAYMENTS: All sessions and packages (plus taxes) can be paid via cash, check, Pay Pal or Venmo. If paying by check, a $35 fee will be charged if for some reason the check bounces.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For weddings and events: I understand that life happens, and things can change. I pray this doesn't happen, but if the wedding is called off or tragedy occurs, we will discuss a possible partial refund. If for any other reason or your complimentary engagement session has already been completed, no refund will be issued. If you wish to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within six months of the original event date. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
If JaimeLynn Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. A full refund shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost or damaged due to fault on the part of the Photographer.
